1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or using Pulse Social, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application. “Pulse Social”, “the application”, “the service”, “we” and “us” refer to the Pulse Social product operated by Craig Dawson.
2. What Pulse Social provides
Pulse Social is a Windows desktop tool that helps users prepare, publish, schedule and review social-media content through supported third-party platform interfaces. Available features depend on the connected account, platform permissions, API approval, region and third-party service availability.
This website provides official product, support and legal information only. It does not currently provide a public application download, paid subscription or website user account.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for keeping your computer, platform accounts, developer credentials and access methods secure.
You must follow the terms, policies, community rules and developer requirements of every connected platform, including TikTok, YouTube/Google and Meta. Pulse Social does not grant any right to use a third-party service contrary to its rules.
4. Responsible use
You are responsible for every video, caption, message, destination and schedule you approve. You must not use Pulse Social to:
- publish content you do not have the right to use;
- infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other legal rights;
- mislead, impersonate, harass or harm another person;
- distribute unlawful, malicious or platform-prohibited material;
- circumvent account, API, security, rate-limit or platform restrictions; or
- automate activity that a connected platform does not permit.
5. Publishing and AI-assisted content
Pulse Social provides tools that help prepare and transmit the instructions chosen by the user. You must review titles, captions, replies, settings, destination accounts and scheduled times before confirming an action.
AI-generated or transcribed content may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. It is provided as an editable suggestion and does not replace the user's judgement. You remain responsible for anything you approve or publish.
6. Third-party services
Pulse Social depends on services not controlled by us. Their APIs, permissions, limits, review requirements and features may change, fail or become unavailable. A platform may delay, reject, restrict, remove or alter content according to its own rules.
Your relationship with each connected service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party accounts, decisions, outages or content once it has been received by the destination service.
7. Licence and ownership
Pulse Social, its website, design, branding and original software are owned by Craig Dawson or used with permission. Subject to these terms, an authorised user is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the application for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of your original content. You grant only the permissions reasonably needed to process that content for the actions you request. Connected platforms receive content under the permissions and terms applying to your account with them.
8. Availability and changes
Pulse Social is under active development. Features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn to improve the product, address security or legal concerns, or respond to platform changes. There is no guarantee that every feature or connected service will remain continuously available.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Social is provided on an “as available” basis. Reasonable care is taken in its operation, but no guarantee is made that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Users should keep independent copies of original media and important records.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that qualification, Pulse Social is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, audience, revenue, reputation, data or content resulting from platform decisions, user configuration, unavailable third-party services or failure to keep an independent backup.
11. Ending use
You may stop using Pulse Social at any time and disconnect connected accounts from the application or relevant platform. Access may be restricted or ended where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, material breach, security risk or a requirement imposed by a connected provider or authority.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the product, third-party integrations or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update takes effect means the revised terms apply.
14. Contact
